Shipping is nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact info@wokeurbanapparel.com for all order and return inquiries.
Woke Urban Apparel will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (##-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.
Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to Woke Urban Apparel are subject to an $10 restocking fee.
Items ordered on wokeurbanapparel.com cannot be exchanged at any retailers who sell Woke Urban Apparel.
Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.
